SpeakWee ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our software, website, cloud services, and related products (collectively, the "Service").

3.1 Account Information

  • Name, email address, and password (encrypted) when you create an account;
  • Billing information and payment history (processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store credit card numbers);
  • Profile preferences and settings.

3.2 Usage Data

  • Features used, session duration, and interaction patterns (anonymized);
  • Language preferences and software configuration;
  • Error logs and crash reports for quality improvement;
  • Subscription tier and licensing status.

3.3 Technical Data

  • Device type, operating system, and version;
  • IP address (anonymized after collection for analytics);
  • Browser type and version (for web features).

3.4 Audio and Content Data

Offline Features: When using SpeakWee's offline transcription, text-to-speech, and translation features, ALL audio and text processing occurs entirely on your device. No audio data is sent to our servers. We have zero access to your voice recordings or transcriptions in offline mode.

Cloud Features: When using cloud processing features (if available in your plan), audio snippets may be transmitted to our secure servers for processing. This data is encrypted in transit and at rest, processed in real-time, and immediately deleted after processing. We do not store, retain, or use your audio data for training purposes.

Usage analytics: Retained in anonymized, aggregated form indefinitely. Identifiable usage logs are deleted within 90 days.
